You know what they say, “You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down” and singer, songwriter Rick Price new single from his upcoming 12th studio album “Hometown” proves this today. Rick’s deep roots, etched in the Queensland Scenic Rim have inspired his music from the early pop beginnings back in the ‘90’s to this day. Singles, “Heaven Knows”, “Not A Day Goes By”, “Walk Away Renee”, and “River Of Love” hit the charts and have remained on playlists over the last three decades.

“You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down” was inspired by Rick’s Grandfather sharing this saying with him as a child, meaning don’t let life’s challenges, hard times or difficult circumstances drag you down, and always believe in yourself. This song echoes the heady 90’s but there’s a maturity now that is steeped in country rhythm and blues.
